The successful Business Development Representative is a highly motivated and self-driven individual who enjoys leveraging proven experience in sales and customer service to acquire and convert new business opportunities into pre-qualified leads. A Business Development Representative is responsible for calling, emailing and successfully prospecting new business relationships with potential small to mid-sized businesses. Business Development Representatives have the opportunity for advancement and growth based on performance.

About The Job:

Achieve and exceed assigned conversion goals.Convert potential sales opportunities into pre-qualified leads.Efficiently and effectively conduct needs assessment at various levels and within multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, executive).Communicate the benefits of our niche software products.Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast conversion opportunities.Responsible for the creation, tracking, and reporting of results.About The Candidate:

Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to cultivate relationships with customers over the telephone by effectively communicating and demonstrating an understanding of product offerings.Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.Thrives in a team environment and is a self-starter who takes initiative.Highly motivated, results-oriented, high-integrity sales professional.Responsible for the creation, tracking, and reporting of results.Ability to create and assess sales opportunities in new markets and organizations.Sales experience a plus.
