Foundations Worldwide, Inc is an Ohio-based, rapidly growing, children’s product company. Encompassing four core brands, our growth strategy is centered around expanding our owned ecommerce platforms along with our online platform partnerships with Amazon, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, and more. We are rapidly evolving into a world class ecommerce organization and looking for an Ecommerce Specialists to assist in our ongoing and exponential growth. Reporting to the Sr. Ecommerce Mgr., you will have the unique opportunity to be exposed to all major ecommerce platforms and related tools. Having a whatever it takes attitude along with a desire to learn and grow will be critical in this role.Responsibilities:
At Foundations, there is limitless opportunity and plenty of room to grow. The following describes some of the core activities you will perform:Collaborate on the development of brand and product content for ecommerce marketplacesSet up and maintain product listings/content in accordance with online and platform best practicesAssist in basic merchandising activities including catalog setup, price maintenance, promotions, etc.Proactively audit and optimize product listings to improve overall digital brand experiences, while driving conversions and salesHelp manage advertising campaigns across various platformsIdentify and document product listing and catalog issues to ensure account healthOrganize and prepare digital brand assets for retailers (including but not limited to: product images, copy, price sheets and supporting digital marketing materials)Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase online opportunities and improve existing strategiesResearch and report on emerging trends in ecommerce, social media and SEOWillingness to perform other marketing duties, as job requiresBuild and enhance partner relationshipsManage organic and paid rankings within the platforms, along with conversion optimizationUse data to drive decision makingDevelop a solid understanding of effective content and campaign optimization designed to grow revenueTranslate ideas into shareable contentMonitor and respond to industry trendsAssist with funnel development and attribution modelingRequirementsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:Degree in Communications or related field, i.e., Advertising/Rublic Relations, Marketing1+ years of relevant ecommerce experience (internship will also be considered)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of personalities within all levels of the organizationManage multiple projects concurrently while meeting aggressive deadlinesSelf-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude towards work and othersStrong follow-through and teamwork skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsGeneral understanding of digital marketing channels and how they are leveraged to achieve business goalsBasic analytics skills and/or willingness to learnFamiliarity working with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc..Experience in consumer products is a plusBenefitsIf you are looking to join a growing organization, with tremendous opportunity, where your hard work significantly impacts everyone’s success, then Foundations Worldwide is the place for you.
