Develop, communicate, and execute strategic marketing plans for NeigerDesign and our diverse client base, including nonprofits and commercial entities.Lead and optimize marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with our digital marketing team to drive impactful outcomes.Craft and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy for the company's growth.Contribute to new business efforts by assisting in proposal writing, presentation creation, and pitching.Expand NeigerDesign's business channels through strategic networking, event participation, and innovative marketing tactics.Collaborate with our design team to create compelling marketing materials.Stay abreast of industry trends, conducting account and competitor analyses to inform strategy.Maintain marketing tracking and research databases, providing insights into market dynamics.Ensure our website and portfolio remain up-to-date and reflective of our latest offerings.Develop marketing strategies to effectively launch and promote new products.Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance client satisfaction.Forecast market trends and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the marketing team.Contribute to our brand positioning and narrative by targeting the right audience segments.Analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.Ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with our overarching business objectives.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing strategist or similar role.A blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency with CRM software, content management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional leadership abilities.Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), and Google Analytics and AdWords.
