Job Overview

As our in-house ESG data expert, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Topgolf Callaway Brands' Global Sustainability Program. Your responsibilities encompass refining ESG data collection, analysis, consolidation, and reporting processes across our brands. You'll collaborate with our global sustainability champions and internal data owners to enhance ESG data accuracy and completeness, streamline reporting efficiency, and collaborate with external verifiers to ensure our ESG data meets assurance requirements.

How You Will Make a Difference

Lead the Company’s ESG data collection, analysis and reporting efforts from start to finish, adhering to best practices aligned with relevant regulatory reporting requirements. Your role involves developing tools, processes, and documentation for calculating our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, enhancing ESG data quality for third-party assurance, and executing other tasks as directed by management. This role plays a critical part in guiding us through the complex landscape of ESG data and reporting requirements.

How You Will Do It

You will collaborate across functions to understand our company's operations and value chain, and drive the company-wide ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. You'll create internal frameworks, processes, tools, and documentation to accurately track, audit, and report our ESG data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, energy, waste, water, employee training, human rights, and more. Working with external verifiers will ensure we achieve and maintain assurance on our ESG data. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, along with global teams, will secure the support necessary to achieve our objectives.

What Success Looks Like

Your management of ESG data reporting efforts will significantly enhance data accuracy and completeness. You will introduce processes and tools aligned with industry best practices and relevant ESG frameworks and standards, ensuring our readiness to obtain and maintain external assurance on our ESG data.

Skills For Success

Detailed knowledge of ESG data and reporting frameworks (i.e. GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP, etc.)Experience in calculating Scope 1-3 emissions, preferably for a multinational organization.Robust data skills, including the development of data tracking and analysis tools in Excel.Exceptional attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively across functions and project manage multiple workstreams.Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability/ESG, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or relevant field preferred3-5 years of professional experience working with Sustainability/ESG data
