We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team. As the HR Coordinator, you will assume a pivotal role in supporting diverse HR functions and upholding adherence to pertinent employment laws.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and ensure our organization's adherence to these guidelines in areas such as drug testing, driver qualifications, and recordkeeping.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all required paperwork, background checks, and training are completed. Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, preparing reports, ensuring data integrity, and confidentiality.Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records,Requirements:

2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions, experience in HR preferred, ability to maintain confidentiality.Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, especially in a transportation or logistics environment is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with employees at all levels.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR-related documentation.SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.
