Transportation Analyst

Location: **Exeter, NH** * Coordinate/route inbound transportation from origin points to PAA distribution centers and direct ship locations* Coordinate outbound transportation from PAA distribution centers to customer locations+ Execute shipments and routing as directed pertaining to mode and terms+ GR process for direct ship orders, samples, and marketing* Conduct the daily operations of the global shipping network+ Facilitate the booking process with Bauer vendors+ Facilitate transportation for stock transfer orders+ Maintain Bauers inbound track and trace program to distribution centers and direct ship locations+ Present risks & opportunities of orders and PO management through SOPs* Update Inbound & Outbound Shipping Routing Guide for PAA, vendors and customers* Produce direct ship reports, monthly reports for finance and booking reports* Request freight quotes, air freight requests and ASNs* Resolve logistics issues including but not limited to exams, freight claims, missing/incorrect documentation, overages & shortages, invoicing and SOA resolution* Compile and review analytics/ reporting for freight/carrier/ operations, inventory and transportation as required.* General problem solving (freight, deliveries, SAP)* Associate's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field with 1-3 years logistics and transportation experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.* Must be organized and have the ability to work in a strongly structured way, exhibit follow up skills, appropriately prioritize multiple tasks* Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally with many levels of management* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Solid understanding of INCO-terms* Understanding of Enterprise Resource Systems (SAP)* Experience in working in an international environment* Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and particularly strong in Excel.
