When you grow, we grow.How you will make an impact:The Human Resources Analyst owns the data analysis of HR programs with a focus on sourcing and reporting people data and supporting compensation programs. The incumbent is expected to be the expert for people data while also having the opportunity to impact job analysis, performance management and compensation reviews to enhance organizational effectiveness.Collect, clean, organize, compile, and validate people data within HRIS and ATS.Generate routine, scheduled, and on-demand reports, and data audits, ensuring ongoing data integrity.Update and maintain HR dashboard, implement, and further develop relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.Research, collect, and update market compensation data to align with industry trends, utilize market pricing tools to benchmark jobs.Prepare and analyze comprehensive compensation data for decision-making processes.The skills and experience you’ll need:A bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on data analytics, or math or statistics preferred.A minimum of two years’ experience working with data analytics and a working understanding of how data works and impacts HR.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.Don’t meet every single requirement?
