Business Development Manager (Sales and Related)

Goal-oriented professional will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced sales environment, partnering with reputable companies in the Sacramento valley to identify and staff for open positions in a variety of industries in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. This is a relationship-driven position where you will be identifying each client’s individual needs for skills and culture fit in their next employ. You will be performing business development through all mediums of communication including telephone, fax, mail, email, in-person and virtual client visits. Aggressive prospecting for new business thru sales leads is critical in this role. The success of this position will be measured through the growth of River City Staffing, Inc. in billable hours and gross margin. This is an onsite position only.
