Locum Family Medicine Physician needed near Phenix City, AL starting as soon as credentialed.Schedule: M-Fri 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch. No Call, No Holidays, No Weekends.Average daily patient load: Providers see on average 25+ patients per dayOngoing assignment for at least 3 6 months with option to extendPaid orientation is provided prior to starting. Orientation is only available on Monday and Tuesday. Provider must attend Monday & Tuesday orientation as part of the credentialing requirement.May be asked to work between 2 different clinic locationsEMR: NexgenMust hold current Alabama LicenseCredentialing Timeframe: 20 - 30 Days$750 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
