The Family Practice Physician provides primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team.Additional responsibilities and requirements for the Family Practice Physician include:Monday Friday (40 hours a week)18-22 patientcall by phone 1:6Full support staffBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice requiredDocumentation of completion of education as Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
