$800/24 hours (includes up to 3 hours of call back)

CRNA

Board certified

Iowa license

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Facility:

A General Medical and Surgical Hospital

Schedule:

January - March 2020 (3 months)

Mon-Fri 6:30am - 4pm

Call 1:10

Weekend call: 1 weekend every 2 months, Sat 7a - Mon 7a
