In this vital role you will be responsible for counseling on a wide variety of employee benefits issues, including in connection with M&A transactions. The attorney in this position may also be responsible for counseling on certain employment law issues such as leaves of absence/disability accommodations and managing contingent workers.WinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Senior Benefits Counsel we seek will have the following qualifications.Basic Qualifications:JD degree from a nationally recognized law school and admission to practice law required.
