Location:

Serving our clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura counties (Hybrid)

Role Description:

You will be leading the organizational change and user adoption aspects of complex projects. You will be responsible for communication plans, messaging strategy, and training support. In your key position on the engagement, you will be setting the direction for the team and be the main point of contact for the client. As you develop your relationships, you will have the opportunity to grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client.

Also, as a valued member of the company, we would invite you to contribute to the growth of the firm. Your participation could be on the account, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives.

We look for our Managers to have several of the following:2+ years performing in a project lead role3+ years of change management experience6+ years of total experience3+ yrs with a premier consulting firmExperience with and deep knowledge of a change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)Hands-on approach to client delivery and detail-orientedChange management experience within a technology implementation context (e.g., data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, e-Commerce, or other digital)Experience creating change/adoption strategy, messaging, and training plansAbility to execute/support trainingAbility to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationshipsYou'll fit right in if you are a:
