HR Specialist (Senior/Director) - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)

Shall be responsible for all phases of human resources within the company including strategic planning, recruiting, orientation, employee relations, training, employee data maintenance, benefits, and termination procedures. Shall also provide support and guidance to management and employees with a focus on consistent employment practices.Shall maintain personnel files, including training records and all necessary new hire paperwork.Human Resources Specialist shall deliver training to employees and managers.HR Specialist Director shall provide guidance on interpretation of policies and procedures.That work with managers to resolve and prevent employee relations issues by coaching and training.Shall ensure complete and consistent Human Resources documentation, including but not limited to documentation of disciplinary actions and training compliance.HR Specialist shall provide timely and on-going verification of licenses including background, driving record, professional and other checks as designated by state regulations. Assure necessary action taken expeditiously if policy standards are not met.May include managing and directing subordinate staff to identify goals and objectives.Shall handle complex and sensitive employee relations and human resources issues that have organizational impact or legal ramifications.Shall advise managers on performance management, workforce planning and compensation.Senior HR Specialist shall enter and maintain all employee information in the company's computer system.

HR Director - REQUIREMENTS

Must have a High School Diploma or GED; college degree is preferred.Two years in a Federal HR position.
