You will have opportunity to work with and learn directly from the Founder of Culture City, Dr. Nitha Fiona Nagubadi, who is experience Business Professional and also an MBA Professor at National Louis University.Please indicate why you are interested in this position and what you like most about Culture City.Marketing Intern Job Responsibilities:Support marketing campaign planning and execution.Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.Assist in the management of website SEO.Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives through analyticsRequirementsMinimum 8-10 hours a week availability for work on marketing goalsApplied understanding of basic marketing principlesFamiliarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)Creative problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyComfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of SEO techniques and best practicesBasic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skillsEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldSuccessful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalentProficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plusBenefitsBuild marketing and business knowledge.
