Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for developing, securing, and managing long-term WaaS contracts in the residential construction and municipal markets XXX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify current assets & future projects that could benefit from the water and wastewater treatment systems sold as a WaaS business model for residential construction customers.

• Meet with potential clients to promote the AUC Group business model approach & create a strategic advantage for AUC Group.

• Identify key decision-makers & create an appropriate strategy.

• Build new customer relations with engineers, home developers, lawyers, and key relevant stakeholders.

• Be familiar with the residential construction markets. Prefer knowledge of leasing and similar financial structures throughout the territory (P3 and MUD, etc.).

• Act as primary client contact during the project development period.

• Coordinate with the AUC Group BD team, engineering, finance, and legal, to develop project proposals.

Requirements

Qualification/Requirements:

• Driven individual with an eagerness to identify and close projects.

• History of successful sales experience

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop project-specific BD strategy.

• Ability to understand municipal government politics and utility decision-making processes.

• Ability to identify key decision-makers in both municipal and industrial organizations.

• Strong skills with the MS Office suite of programs.

• Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.

• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years' combined experience in Engineering and Business/Project Development.

• Experience in lease &/or concession contracts and sales is preferred.

• Experience in the location and specified city is preferred with relevant knowledge and relationships highly welcome.
