As an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center's inside sales and support the Account Executive as needed. This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center's sales, drawing in new customers and contacts, maintaining center accounts, expanding our penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

Answering clients' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-personProcessing incoming leads and creating estimatesCalling clients and prospects to review their estimates, artwork, and ordersGathering and sharing clients' requirements with our graphic designersCreating and reviewing print specs and artwork pre-production to ensure quality of printed materialsGenerating sales orders and processing paymentsKeeping clients up-to-date on the status of their projectIdentify and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunitiesCoordination of signage site surveys as neededAbility to learn new CRM system and other technologyDisplays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively.Maintains current pricing strategies and customer billing proceduresAn AlphaGraphics Account Manager performs all business development functions related to Inside Sales, including the following:

Assists in updating the mailing list databaseAssists sales rep functions and inside production when requestedFollows up and manages Inbound LeadsFollows up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailingsKeep customers informed regarding their job's progress through the production processShows proficiency in regular use of CRM toolsEffectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiriesAccount Manager Qualifications

Account Management experience is preferredKnowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plusPossesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processesHandles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful mannerStrong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)Excellent writing and verbal skillsProfessional appearance and decorumStrong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
