JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing Digital Marketing services and solutions for our B2B Technology sales division, with a focus on product positioning, messaging, and packaging. You will also be responsible for bringing updated features and/or services to market, across all channels, environments, and ad formats, working closely with our product, sales, sales ops, and client services teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products with clients and agencies
Understand our buyer personas, their pain points, buying process and criteria, and transfer knowledge back to product and sales
Keep the company up-to-date with market trends, and keep us several steps ahead of the competition at all times
Conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand with brands and agencies
Develop the go-to-market strategy for messaging, packaging, promoting, and selling of our products
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Provide expertise and content support to rapid response strategies as needed
Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits
Collaborate with Sales Operations to develop sales tool that support the selling process targeted to your market segments
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage requirements
Create/update sales and marketing materials
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years professional experience, with 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience in the B2B Technology Online Performance Marketing space
Proven success directly supporting mid- to large-sized sales force and working closely with product teams
In-depth understanding of B2B ad-tech and mar-tech landscape, mobile and/or video experience a plus
Experience building and executing marketing plans using a creative approach
Master story teller with high attention to detail and strong presentation skills
Superb communication skills, verbal and written
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Ability to influence, motivate, and train others
Master multi-tasker
Advanced PowerPoint skills
BA/BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
