Reporting to the CEO/Owner, this role is a critical leader in the success of our business. You'll lead teams of Shine crew leaders and technicians each day working to ensure excellent quality, customer service, safety and timeliness of your teams. You'll also work with customers to engage them in the opportunity for our business, work to set up appointments, and schedule your teams to perform our service at the customer's house or business. You'll have the flexibility to perform your role behind a desk and out in the community. Many Shine Business Development Managers across the country choose this role for its career potential.

Leading the crews with a morning meetingResponding to emails, phone calls and voicemails from customersEstimating projectsOutside and inside salesScheduling jobsCommunicating with staff throughout the dayDaily/weekly/monthly planningMeeting with customers at homes and businessesKeeping a clean and orderly warehouse and officeMaintaining a safe work environmentLiving out the core valuesCompensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
