A growing women's lifestyle and resort brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee their comprehensive marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. This person will create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Other areas of focus include:
Brand Development: Formulate and implement brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence.Market Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors and market trends to inform marketing strategies.Online Presence: Manage and enhance the company's social media pages and marketing websites.Business Opportunities: Identify and create new business opportunities through innovative marketing approaches.Adaptability: Adjust marketing plans based on customer trends, preferences, and emerging market dynamics.Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and sales departments to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.Partnerships: Regularly meet with marketing partners and vendors to foster collaborative relationships.Event Management: Plan and organize events, webinars, and conferences related to marketing efforts and product sales.Campaign Execution: Conduct marketing campaigns using selected key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve effectiveness.Digital Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure seamless integration and success of digital campaigns.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the fashion industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
