Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.Shall support daily production of J22 finished intelligence by ensuring product metadata is accurate for web posting.Shall provide J22 analysts with customer service support related to messaging production-centric changes, new guidance and the location of key materials.Organize, update and ensure Production Branch internal documents are readily available and up to date.Support activities and organizations external to Production Branch by ensuring most up to date versions of CCJ2 templates and production reference and guidance are posted to the Production SharePoint for easy J22 user access.Assist with updating and maintaining the Production SharePoint with current documents and references. Archive all finished J22 production after publication on a weekly basis.Support gathering and aggregation of production metrics over time to provide reports to leaders at regular intervals.Shall provide support to planning, integrating, coordinating, directing, synchronizing, and managing the knowledge and information management tasks and priorities of the USCENTCOM Intelligence Directorate and all deployed command and staff elements in the USCENTCOM AOR.Formats, publishes, and maintains finished intelligence products for USCENTCOM intelligence dissemination domains; JWICS, Stone Ghost, SIPRNET, SIPRNET REL, US BICES, CENTRIXS Networks, and CENTCOM Partner Networks.Liaises with HQ, components and supported organizations to design, develop, and maintain web applications, web portals, and digital production for USCENTCOM intelligence dissemination domains; JWICS, Stone Ghost, SIPRNET, SIPRNET REL, US BICES, CENTRIXS Networks, and CENTCOM Partner Networks.Requires experience in Object Oriented Programming (.NET), web-based scripting languages, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.Collects, identifies, collates, updates, documents, disseminates, recommends, maintains, and implements knowledge management processes, system architecture/information flow, and functional requirements/documentation for USCENTCOM HQs and Forward Support.Shall evaluate knowledge management applications and support working groups and planning conferences.Shall fill knowledge management positions in forward deployed locations on a routine rotational basis, providing direct support to in-theater operations.Liaises with HQ, components and supported organizations to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites for USCENTCOM intelligence dissemination domains; JWICS, Stone Ghost, SIPRNET, SIPRNET REL, US BICES, CENTRIXS Networks, and CENTCOM Partner Networks.Develops and maintains web procedural and policy documents for Standard Operating Procedures, Concepts of Operation, MOAs, etc. IAW USCENTCOM policy.Creates, maintains, and publishes knowledge management CBT videos and associated documents for USCENTCOM IAW CCJ2 Knowledge Management Plan.Manages, prioritizes, and validates Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) data; develop and validate IBS requirements; develop, validate, and document IBS technical solutions; and develop and maintain IBS SOP, CONOPS and TTPs for USCENTCOM AOR near real time (NRT) dissemination functions.Shall format, publish, and maintain finished intelligence products for USCENTCOM intelligence dissemination domains; JWICS, Stone Ghost, SIPRNET, SIPRNET REL, US BICES, CENTRIXS Networks, and CENTCOM Partner Networks.Should be steeped in All Source Analyst techniques and have strong SIGINT background.Provide threat data and context to the Commander's Common Operational Picture (COP). This data and context is comprised of steady-state, crisis, and exercise neutral, suspect and hostile intelligence data in order to achieve accurate, and relevant situational awareness through tools and display that support theater plans, operations, and decision making.Shall design, develop and maintain web sites and user interfaces in support of AI/ML Branch requirements.Must produce code using standard web development languages (HTML/CSS) and have demonstrated experience with leading web services (IIS, APACHE).Must have experience standing up web servers in a cloud environment and be able to manage a web server in a cloud environment.Must have a familiarity with architectural styles/application programming interfaces (APIs) such as REST and RPC.Must have proven experience working in an Agile development environment.Job Requirements
Desired experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired education:
Desired bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Security Clearance:
Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Location:
