As a Program Analyst, you will:
Conduct various ad-hoc financial analyses, prepare reports, and compile information for management.Support all division program financial and execution reviews.Perform monthly/quarterly/year-end analyses and reconciliation on all programs.Support proposal and report review processes.Perform weekly/monthly reviews and process all indirect and direct costs.Assist program and proposal communication efforts.Assist program with any logistics support.Become proficient with collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive).Write and give briefings to team members/senior staff regarding ongoing tasks or significant events.Handle correspondence and provide support including, but not limited to, drafting documents such as memos, data calls, subcontracts & NDAs, and reports.Security Clearance :
No security clearance required. Must be U.S. citizen.Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements :
Must be a U.S. citizen.Intermediate to expert Excel skills.Capable of handling dynamic task demands.Needs to be well-rounded, organized, proactive, able to take initiative, attentive to detail, eager to learn, and interested in growing with the company.Able to manage multiple tasks while simultaneously juggling competing priorities to organize and prioritize work assignments.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, job commitment, initiative, and attention to detail.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Must demonstrate agile decision making, strategic thinking, and ability to drive the team to results.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead and influence high performing teams.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Location :
