An Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant is responsible for the planning, execution and management of consulting engagements. This role coordinates supports business development / proposal cycles, including the ability to craft and author compelling responses. OCM engagements may focus on any of these client needs: Business Impact Management, Change Strategy & Architecture; Organization Development & Design; Change Enablement Implementation; Learning & Training.
• Accountable for the successful completion, review and approval of client deliverables
• Contributes to quality, engagement, schedule, and budget adherence
• Contributes to the development of Our Client's intellectual capital and thought leadership
Responsibilities of Role:
• Coordinate deliverable creation with team(s) to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction
• Understand project budgets and able to manage resource use and costs
• Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage to successful completion
• Effectively lead and manage project teams using industry standard solutions (e.g., MS Project)
• Design and facilitate client workshops, sessions and meetings
• Create detailed project plans, effective communications and compelling presentations
• Leverage business and OCM expertise to develop, enhance and socialize solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance to others
• Collaborate in scoping potential engagements and developing proposals
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality solutions
• A minimum of seven (7)years' experience in a consulting environment or in industry
• At least four (4) years' experience managing the work of others in a project-based environment
• ERP Implementation experience working with global organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 80% on a weekly basis to client locations.
