The City Kia Team is Growing!! again. City Kia is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager. This position sells Automotive Accessories. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to sell Automotive Aftermarket Products to every customer buying a car from our dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to communicate with people and help them customize their vehicles. If you have experience at any of the following you should apply, Pep Boys, Auto Zone, Advanced Auto or a dealership service writer.
Responsibilities:
· Offer services and accessories to customers and provide them with an explanation of aftermarket products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
· Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate to senior management as necessary. A high level of Customer Satisfaction is a very important aspect of this role.
· Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products available to consumers for each of our vehicle models.
· Train and provide the sales team with information on available aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership.
· Responsible for Customer Service follow up and appointments
· Work with our Department Manager to ensure individual, and department sales goals are met
· Strong organizational and scheduling ability to assure the work is completed on time for the customer.
· Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
Requirements:
. CDK experience is a must
· Automotive sales experience a plus
· Automotive aftermarket sales a plus
· Superior communication and customer service skills
· Scheduling and coordinating the timely installation of aftermarket products on the customer’s vehicle.
· Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity and dedication to process improvement
· Professional appearance required
· Valid driver’s license
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
