Program Analyst (Secret Clearance)

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.
Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors, and with our team of other awesome Inflowees. You will be supporting the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense (DOD).
What will I be doing? Using your expertise as a Program Analyst, you will be providing support by defining, documenting, and recommending changes in line with best practices to improve processes, planning and implementation. You will also be assisting with the IT organizational changes that require additional mapping and processes.
In addition, you will:
Assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documentsMap assigned business processes, validate and update existing business process mapsProvide mapping support for additional component and organizational realignmentsProvide root cause analysis of process issuesAssist in all CPI project phases as assignedProvide information, research, and recommendationsAssist in establishing Corrective Action Request (CAR) processesAssist with creation of implementation schedule and strategy of potential improvementsSupport projects and assist in tracking their progressAttend project and stakeholder meetingsAssist with the development and creation of electronic libraries and indexing structuresFacilitate process improvement workshopsProvide support to accomplish After Action Review (AAR) sessions aimed at documenting lessons learnedDesign and maintain database and SharePoint pages to support approved process improvementsAssist with strategic and tactical planning supportOther duties as assignedWhat experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Secret Clearance2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or similarExperience in program planning and process improvementAS or AA degree or equivalent, BS / BA highly desiredProficiency in all Microsoft Office products and Visio or other mapping toolsThe following experience is preferred:
Six Sigma certification
