Role :

Account Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with Maxonic Business Partners, Sales, and

Talent Acquisition

teams and work with their unique business model of

staffing . Maxonic processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for servicing entrusted clients.Onboarding new clientsDefine and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to direct clientsBuild long-term relationships with direct clients and helping them fill their technology resource needs and contributing to their growth.Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goalsBuild excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consultingWell versed with IT/TechnologyResponsible for constant interaction with clients & VMS.Understand the skills, strengths and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positionsCoach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parametersWell aware of the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing -Maintain relations with the existing clients.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Must be independent and a self-starter.Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality.Qualifications

3-5 Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain.Approach New Client Acquisition: Direct Clients, VMS (Full time & Contract Placements) and generate business from them.Ability to think strategically.Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking)Business acumen, attention to detail, Project ManagementAdherence to Ethical business conductBachelor's Degree Required.Position logistics:

Must be currently authorized to work in the USPosition type: full timePosition location: San Francisco Bay area or Southern CaliforniaTime zone preferences: EST, MT or Central.
