Truck Enterprises, the mid Atlantic’s premier medium and heavy-duty truck dealership group, is looking for Sales/F&I Coordinator for our dealership in Chesapeake, VA. This is a full-time position, exempt position.

If you have are able to:

Accurately maintain New and Used truck inventory in the Profitmaster program (entry and removal), including pictures, attachments, and online listings.

Complete flooring audits and report to District Manager on a bi-weekly basis.

Issue purchase orders and invoices pertaining to truck up-fit and reconditioning.

Track and close purchase orders for truck reconditioning after invoice has been obtained from vendor. Purchase orders will involve internal company charges as well as outside vendors.

Maintain truck files regarding the sale of New and Used trucks, accurately accumulating all costs.

Assist Sales Personnel in closing process with each truck sale.

Close all Truck deals as they are received so that sales numbers can be accurately generated at month end. All truck deals must be submitted by Sales Staff by the last business day of the month. They must be posted no later than the second business day of the following month.

Follow processes and procedures established by the District Manager and Office Manager to ensure all administrative needs for the Truck Sales Department are being met.

Process credit applications and submits finance deals to the Corporate F&I Manager:

Communicate with the sales staff to acquire accurate information regarding all truck sales.

Contact the customer review the information entered on the credit application and/or start the credit application process.

Submit the completed deal with accurate and complete truck information and credit application to the Corporate F&I Manager.

Follow up with any additional information required by the Corporate F&I Manager.

Contact the customer and informs them of the credit decision.

Rejection – inform the customer as to what credit issues came up during the finance company’s investigation.

Approval – inform the customer of the approval structure. (i.e. term, payment, rate, down payment, approval conditions)

Negotiate terms and sells the finance approval to the customer.

Inform customers of the benefits of GAP insurance, quotes physical damage, liability, and cargo insurance on all truck deals.

Complete all truck deal information and finance documents for Chesapeake:

Accurately type and review all truck deals including title work and warranty registration.

Prepare or request finance documents from the finance company.

Review the finance documents package information for accuracy.

Ensure customer’s signature on all paperwork.

Prepare a complete funding package to be sent to the finance company for timely funding.

Follow up with the finance company and provides additional information if needed.

Maintain accurate truck deal files that are audited quarterly by the Corporate F&I Manager.

Submit all warranty paperwork to appropriate departments. Registers all Warranty online.

Handle all DMV requirements.

Sells GAP, Liability, Physical Damage and Cargo insurance

Maintains accurate files for each sale.

Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Promote customer relationships:

Makes tandem customer calls with the sales staff.

Makes customer calls to sell insurance.

Promote direct loan financing:

Promotes our ability to finance trucks and equipment that we don’t sell to current TEI customers.

Prepares month-end financial services report for Chesapeake that is sent to the Corporate F&I Manager at the beginning of each month.
