Key Responsibilities:Conduct extensive candidate searches across online platforms, databases, and networks.Evaluate candidate qualifications to match with specific job openings.Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts for candidate sourcing.Perform candidate screenings and interviews for role suitability.Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.Guide candidates through the recruitment process for a positive experience.Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.Skillfully negotiate job offers for mutual benefit.Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.Qualifications:

Proven success in roles like a search consultant or recruitment specialist.Proficiency in sourcing techniques through various platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess and match candidate qualifications to job opportunities.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.Self-motivated with strong time management skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
