Business Development Manager based in the

United States .

Your role will be to expand our business operations and drive revenue growth in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong and long-term relationships with clients, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate opportunities, conduct several market research to identify potential business opportunities in the USA.Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop a deep understanding of the HR market.Develop and implement new business development strategies aligned with Linked4HRs goals.Develop and execute market expansion plans to increase our presence in the USA. Identify sales opportunities and strategic alliances to maximize business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Proactively engage with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present our services as valuable solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term partnerships.Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement.Close deals and secure contracts to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the American market.In-depth knowledge of the Moroccan business landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.Strong track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and key stakeholders.Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English (other languages is a plus).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaborate closely with team. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
