DESCRIPTION:

Greenway Kia Orlando West is Hiring a PT Receptionist.

The Receptionist at Greenway Kia Orlando West answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly and helpful fashion. He or she sets the tone for our busy Dealership by being the welcoming first impression for guests. The receptionist is an outstanding listener and information source. The receptionist helps customers by answering calls in a professional manner and contacts the correct personnel with exceptional customer service. In addition, he or she performs light data entry, operates the telephone switchboard for call routing, processes payments and communicates with the sales team to direct the flow of customers.

The ideal candidate must have strong phone, customer service and computer skills. We expect excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to be prompt and attentive to your scheduled shift. Previous experience in a position of similar responsibility is preferred. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.

This position requires a flexible schedule. We are a retail establishment open nights and weekends. We are looking for someone with open availability. The schedule will include shifts of: opening, closing, weekends and Holidays. The receptionist position is Part Time, approximately 15-20 hours per week.

**The schedule needed is: Friday 5-9pm & Saturday 9am-9pm. With the possibility of adding other days.

RESPONSIBILTIES:Greet all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful mannerAnswer dealership group phones and directs calls as necessaryCoordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnelProvides administrative assistance as neededAddresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as neededReceives and processes payments for products and services in cash, debit, credit, checksPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:

Previous customer service or related experience preferredHighly professional and dependableHigh school diploma or GED requiredExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressExcellent telephone skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsHelpful attitude and friendly demeanorStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suitePrevious cash handling and POS experience
