IT Business Development Associate

Connect Talent Solutions, one of Hampton Road's fastest growing staffing companies, has an immediate need for an IT Business Development Associate. The IT Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing prospects and clients for a well-established IT and cybersecurity firm. This is a entry-level position that offers a base salary plus commission, as well as bonuses.

Position responsibility will be, but not limited to:• Identify and research potential clients• Develop and maintain client relationships• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives• Attend local networking events to broaden scope of base of clientele• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business• Track and report on the status of proposal components• Conduct ongoing market research• Work with the proposal department to create proposals• Drive the end-to-end sales process
