to help develop new clients and manage our existing clients at

We offer a competitive base salary, plus an uncapped commission structure

We are
located west of Boston in Marlborough right off US 20 and 495.Job Duties:Aggressively prospect new clients while expanding current business.Follow up on marketing and web inquiries to identify key decision makers to secure new business.Maintain Sales Database so as to effectively build your customer base.Negotiates, prices, signs, and binds sales/service agreements with customers and clients within company guidelinesReview sales plans with management on a weekly basis.Help deliver outbound email marketing with management.Work with recruiting team to deliver candidates to your clientele.Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and balance a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entriesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Work independently and as a team memberMust have good customer service and administrative organizational skills.Experience with outbound email marketing.Working knowledge of: desktop computers and Microsoft office products Excel, Word, MS Outlook etc.Education/Experience:
BS or - will accept experience in lieu of degreeComputer and CRM or ATS software applications desired
