Assisting sales consultants in closing deals
Forecasting goals and projecting levels of productivity
Providing and inspiring customer service excellence
Administering and monitoring factory-sponsored programs
Managing staff members and mentoring new consultants
Driving business growth through day-to-day involvement
Developing action plans and implementing measurable performance goals
Must have sales management and finance experience in the automotive industry
