OCM Consultant - SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG - Hybrid

At least 3 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment •Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc. •Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG business processes and functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, supplier lifecycle management, master data governance, etc. •Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences •Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills •Certification in OCM methodologies or frameworks, such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc. is a plus
