Job Description

Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are focused, confident and ready to make an impact in increasing Expert Institute's market share across the US & Canada.

This role is a starting point on our Sales team, centered around phone and email outreach to prospective and existing clients.

BDRs will serve as the first point of contact to both potential clients by pitching a strong value proposition for the needs of each respective firm as well as acting as a voice for Customer Success representatives in order to drive utilization across our partnership client. Once a prospect or a client is engaged, BDRs set the stage and organize a meeting with the Enterprise Sales team or respective Customer Success representative.

Work collaboratively with a regional team to support sales and customer success strategy month over month.Get attorneys excited to meet with us through consistent outreach, quality conversations, and thought provoking insightDeliver an exceptional, high-quality sales experience for every clientWarm andcold call (via phone and email) top plaintiff law firms to generate interest and score new meetings for our Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales Directors and VPs andour Customer Success Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Directors, and VPsArticulate how our services add value to each respective law firmHelp build and manage our prospect database, keeping accurate record and notes of contact information and prospect activityFollow-up with Sales staff to ensure opportunities are progressing forwardAct as key resource and respond effectively to pre-sale questions of prospects and/or internal staff to move the sales process forwardQualifications

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about beginning and developing a career in sales.

Bachelor's Degree in any subject preferred0-2 years of B2B sales experience or internship preferredProfessional presence with a high level of emotional maturityComfortable cold calling and speaking with prospective clients every day in an open settingAbility to work with a high caliber team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentWorking knowledge of all Office based applications, Google, and CRM; Salesforce experience is a plus
