Job Position Description:
The primary responsibility of a business development manager is to initiate, solidify, and maintain strategic business relationships with key referral partners with the intention of increasing the top-line revenue.
With a 'One Team' mentality, Manage the Franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes Franchise services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and coach a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints. The annual marketing plan is effectively executed, resulting in the achievement of annual sales revenue goals, building of Brand awareness, an increase in new customers, and expansion of diverse markets. Customer expectations are met or exceeded. All customer complaints are resolved quickly to the satisfaction of the customer. A PuroClean Marketing Manager takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing tasks unique to the needs PuroClean and its customers and clients, planning of continuing education classes, hosting lunch and leans and building relationships with centers of influenceIdentify create and execute annual marketing objectives in line with operating budget.Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfiedBuilding brand awareness, promoting the 'One Team' culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand 'message'.Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business. Excellent organizational skills.Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group settingRespect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
