Marketing Manager (Promotions/Web Site CMS/Email Marketing)
Reports to:
Senior Vice President
FLSA:

Purpose:
To assist the Sr. VP and other Marketing staff in the planning and execution of marketing strategies with a focus on email marketing, promotions, and web site development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy as well as leading the marketing team and ongoing marketing projects. You will oversee our marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics and offer optimization solutions. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.• Measure and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts• Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the Company website pages.• Interact with cruise line representatives on a regular basis to ensure that promotions are current.• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.• Performs other duties as necessary
Essential Requirements:• Digital Marketing Experience• Email Marketing Best Practices and Campaigns• Microsoft Office, Hubspot, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and basic knowledge of HTML• Proficiency with Google platforms including Google Adwords, Google GA4 Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager• Proficiency with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok• Excellent writing and communication skills• Team Player
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• 3+ years' experience in marketing• Ability to multi-task• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
