Position Summary:

Sales Coordinators serve as a valuable resource to both Customer Success Managers and Brand Experience Manager (BXMO within the Home Building Facility. Sales Coordinators continuously assist in solving dealer issues, clarifying / completing sales orders, organizing commitments and deadlines, as well as other administrative functions set forth by the BXM.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Quoting homes via phone calls and through email, converting those quotes to orders,cancel orders as needed

Depositing and recording checks/receivablesMailing (email, FedEx, USPS) invoices and other retailer and lender correspondenceProof and correct quotes and ordersPost/Accept ordersPrepare orders for release to production (print signoffs and final confirmations)Assign serial numbers to orders and complete production change orders as neededCollaborate with engineering to complete prints and calculations

Attend order read meetings, assist with change orders, and create special requestsUpdate backlog by estimating offline dates, production schedules, and shipping schedules as necessary

Log orders in the facility SharePoint site

Preparing, organizing, and filing house files, quotes, and orders.

Keep retailer database updated regularly

Floor homes on independent retail partner orders and verify funds on community orders

Set up new models by adding the standard features and options available to the models

Assist with option maintenance and create new options by working with purchasing on pricing, material relief, and assigning the options to the models

45L and Energy Star reportingShipping, as needed by dispatchCalculating and inputting freight, create YTD volume listInvoice homes by sending MCO and invoice to appropriate financial institutionCreated data plates and month-end reporting

Collaborate and communicate with other facilities regarding production schedules, act as a backup for other facilities as necessary

Review weekly parts and A/R reportsUpdate matterports / layouts / photos using website managementAccount for/inventory various materials for sales and/or general officeKey inventory tickets and create retailer labels as neededAssist with organizing meetings and training classesOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent2 years of experience in a related role preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAble to communicate effectively in person, through email, and over phoneAble to work well within a team - humble, hungry, people smartMicrosoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint experience neededPhysical Demands:

Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivitymachinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.

Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be ableto exchange accurate information with others.

Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window officeenvironment.
