Supplier Enablement Analyst

8 AM to 5 PM
Weekly 40.00 hours [Monday to Friday]
Qualifications:
Minimum college degree 2-3 years business experience Good communication skills
– needs to be able to work on phone with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Analytical approach to data Able to work with limited direct supervision; work to an agreed project plan.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Computer literate
Responsibilities:
The analyst will manage all aspects of supplier enablement, technical interactions and communication as it relates to BuySmart for all regions.
The analyst will also run reports, analyze trends and liaise with sourcing and process teams to ensure that optimal use is made of the BuySmart platform as it relates to suppliers.
This includes tracking actual purchased by enrolled supplier, reporting out to sourcing teams, identifying trends and opportunities.
Suppliers enabled in BuySmart are able to transact electronically (POs, Invoices) and self-help on transactions through catalogues and technical enrolment.
The analyst will manage enrolment, support post enrolment questions and concerns, and monitor trends for CI This is an independent contributor role.
