Answer the phone at the clinic energetically and politelyGreet patients when they enter the clinicSchedule patient appointmentsExplain fees to patients and accept paymentPerform data entry in the clinic's computer systems accurately and timelyKeep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process paymentSocial Media marketing - willing to be in videos, learn how to edit them, create posts, and postersContact insurance companies to verify and ensure claims are being processed in a timely mannerUtilize phone and computer software to help company achieve marketing goalsAt least 50% phone usage for warm leads for sales / marketingRequirements
Able to provide an amazing customer service experiencePassionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and resultsWork history that demonstrates an ability to multitask efficientlySuperior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goalsBilingual Spanish (fluent) is a HUGE plusDresses professionallyAble to send emails, and write letters appropriatelyWilling to meet others (patients, those in the community, and medical/legal professionals)A go-getter, goal-oriented attitude that excels at designing and completing projectsMaintains a healthy, holistic, and active lifestyle (mind and body)
