SageGlass is electronically tintable glass for use in windows, skylights and curtain walls. SAGE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saint-Gobain.***************************$1,000 SIGNING BONUS*************************The SageGlass Team is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their amazing Warehouse Team!Responsibilities and expectations for the position include, but are not limited to the following:* Lead the shift start meeting and communicate the daily plan with the warehouse, controls and inventory associates.* Take responsibility for the actions of area team members and report discipline issues with documentation to the warehouse manager.* Be responsible for updating and submitting bi-weekly payroll (Kronos) system.* Work closely with the controls, logistics, inventory, and maintenance teams.* Create and maintain a fun and positive working environment.* Review the pass down report for each shift.* Implement annual review process for six team members.* Receive, tag and put away incoming glass as needed.* Organize and delegate work load and be willing to help team members when needed* Investigate, document, and recommend corrective action for all safety incidents**Required Qualifications*** 5 years previous manufacturing experience is preferred* Previous supervisory experience is preferred* Previous forklift experience is required* Excellent problem solving, creative thinking and communication skills* Ability to work with little or no direct supervision* Strong leadership skills* Ability to learn all the job duties in the warehouse and train new team members* Excellent safety record* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English* Ability to work closely with operational teams, plant maintenance technicians and production engineers* Experience with MS Office, specifically Outlook and Teams***************************$1,000 SIGNING BONUS***************************Additional Description**SAGE offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including:* Immediate Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage from Day 1 of employment* UP to 20 weeks of Paid Parental Leave* Paid Sick Leave* 401K match* Retirement Acccumulation Plan (RAP)* Amazing Culture!**Company Summary**SageGlass is the pioneer of the worlds smartest electrochromic glass and is transforming the indoor experience for people by connecting the built and natural environments.
