How will you make a difference?

As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will rely on your experience to drive value for your clients. You will work in a supportive team structure to develop, manage, and optimize effective campaigns across search, shopping, display, and video channels.

You will work within marketing platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics, as well as our internal suite of proprietary tools designed to maximize efficiency. We will build upon your previous experience to support your continued learning; we invest in you so you can deliver your best to our clients, who trust us to be an integral part of achieving their business goals through our partnership.

What will you do?

Partner with Paid Media Strategists to understand client business goals and synthesize holistic digital marketing strategy into a strategic plan for success on Paid Search.Create campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising designed to support overall client business goals, including targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, and ad copy and creative assets, and measurement tactics.Analyze, assess, and diagnose the performance of campaigns regularly to stay apprised of trends and opportunities for optimizations.Translate analytical insights from the data into ongoing recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy and performing regular account optimizations.Continually perform optimizations across ad targeting, copy and creative assets, bidding, budgeting, and channel mix to improve performance over time.Create and implement tests periodically in client accounts to gain learnings that evolve client channel strategy.Communicate regularly with clients, both scheduled and ad hoc, on performance trends, updates and progress on tests and optimizations being done in campaigns, and plans and timelines for upcoming client work.Perform other duties as assigned or as we learn your interests and strengths.Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a role directly and successfully managing paid media campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Analytics, Communications or a related field.Essential Qualifications:
