The Head of Online Sales will be responsible for the following:Developing and executing a strategic plan for online sales growthPhone salesLeading and motivating the team of online sales managersTracking and analyzing online sales data to identify trends and opportunitiesDeveloping and implementing marketing campaigns to drive online salesWorking with other departments to ensure that the company's online sales goals are metThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Strong understanding of Amazon sales and marketingExcellent leadership and management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
