Joinour expanding program that includes a full spectrum of behavioral healthservices and over 1500 providers within our physician-led multi-specialtygroup.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatricevaluations and assessments for adult patientsDemonstrate compassion and commitment toidentifying and treating psychiatric and neuropsychiatric illness, personality,and substance use disordersProvide evidence-based psychiatriccare, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis interventionDevelop and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and social workersto ensure holistic patient careMonitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plansActively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessionsStay current with the latest research, developments, and best practices in psychiatryPosition Highlights
