Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!Responsibilities:Manage Field Sales Engineering team.Partner with Account Executives in qualifying new sales opportunities from a technical and product perspective.Manage team capacity, with a focus on ensuring skillsets and capabilities are aligned with Sales’ growth needs.Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations which focus on key business drivers and technical requirements for potential customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and quantify possible business opportunities, while developing strategy to resolve potential technical blockers/gates.Manage technical relationship with HYVE’s customers, by acting as the key customer advocate throughout the entire product lifecycle.Travel as required to customer/vendor sites and other related events.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience serving hyperscale/cloud customers in a customer-facing role.Deep understanding of hyperscale/cloud datacenter compute/storage/networking technologies.Strong technical presentation, verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.4+ years of experience serving hyperscale/cloud customers in a customer-facing role.Hands on design experience of hyperscale/cloud datacenter compute/storage/networking technologies.Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the hyperscale/cloud datacenter space.C/Exec-level technical presentation and communication experience.Salary- $170,000-$200,000+ DOE@ HYVE Solutions , we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
