Supervising the Service AdvisorsMonitoring the Service DriveGreeting customersMaintaining and growing our existing customer base through exceptional customer satisfactionManaging all customer concernsMeeting customer satisfaction and sales performance goalsWorking with Parts personnelAssisting the Service Manager as directedCarrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable lawsMaintaining Advisors Hours per Repair OrderService calls answeredActive DeliveriesHelp Advisors with maintaining Customer Follow-upMaintain appointment schedule with BDCMaintain Customer flowWork directly for and with the service managerBenefits:

2 years minimum experience (required)Proven record of increasing sales and a strong customer service forcePositive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energyGood communication skills, both written and verbalWell-organized, multi-taskerMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust have own transportationFord and CDK experience preferred but not required
