Mid. Intelligence Management Specialist
to support a federal government client.

Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.Provides full range of administrative support to intelligence analytic activities including assisting in the following: receipt, storage and issue of supplies and equipment; pick-up and delivery; warehouse operations; shipping and receiving; hazardous material management; property disposition; fleet management; inventory management and classified waste destruction.Shall update the Logistics SharePoint site on a weekly basis.Shall conduct pre-event planning; support event execution to include furniture configuration changes and flag placement; administer calendar of events; maintain and operate audio visual and information technology-related systems; collect post-event feedback via survey; track room utilization for historical comparison and budget forecasting for the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Central (JIOCCENT) Conference Center.Shall support the Production Branch's digital readbook program by researching, compiling, and delivering JICCENT's daily intelligence production to CENTCOM U.S. and FVEY Executive clients (via IPads) and to over 50,000 clients (via email).Shall coordinate with and provide support to the J2 Executive Support Team and all other Production Branch functions to ensure the timely publication of all J2/J22 production and associated reports.Verify that scheduled daily JICCENT production is successfully published to the SOURCE site and collaborates with appropriate stakeholders until any identified issues are resolved.Searches for non-JICCENT production of value to CENTCOM clients for inclusion in daily readbooks.Obtain (subject to government approval and with government support as required), COMPUSEC cards to transport and deliver iPads across the CENCTOM campus buildings.Maintain records of iPad's locations for accountability.Coordinate, process and tracks requests for information and staffing actions via USCENTCOM directed systems.Shall learn and use government tools and systems to create readbooks, track product feedback from internal and external clients and track views and metrics associated with readership and use of each product.Enable the Directorate of Intelligence to provide awareness, knowledge, and deep understanding to CDRUSCENTCOM, component forces, U.S. Embassy country teams, USG agencies and higher headquarters to support the planning, execution of operations, and achievement of USCENTCOM objectives.Network with force in the CENTCOM region, components, IC counterparts and stakeholders to ensure effective external coordination & collaboration; communicate with relevant CENTCOM Divisions/Directorates to ensure internal intelligence issue coordination & initiate collaborative production/support to plans & operations efforts as appropriate; coordinate finished production internally & externally.Shall assist with design, development, and drafting of reports and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) concerning intelligence relationships and intelligence sharing authorities for International Programs Branch.Shall provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on this task. This task requires proficiency in MS Visio software.Shall process, track, and delegate TMT tasks, Joint Staff 136 actions, IC E-tasks, and key leader engagement correspondence/ Requests for Information (RFIs) with HQ (Higher, adjacent, combined), coalition partners, and other U.S. and partner nation gov't agencies, components, and supported orgs.Shall review, assign, and monitor official tasks for the J2 Directorate. Make timely decisions on what division should be the lead on a task and task it to them. Preview final reports and prepare senior level communications per the business rules and SOP.Job Requirements
Desired experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired education:
Desired bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Security Clearance:
Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Location:
USCENTCOM HQ, MacDill AFB, FloridaMay be required to deploy to Qatar.
