- Strong Software Development Experience (5 years) : Java / J2EE, JavaScript / HTML 5 / CSS, JQuery, Flex, XML / XSLT
- Strong Database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL (5 years)
- WebServices, SOA and REST (3 plus years)
- Content Management: Alfresco (Required) plus other content management tools (3 years)- Bachelors Degree
- Strong Communication and Knowledge of Iterative and Agile Development Practices
- Strong Knowledge of Design Patterns for Content Management
