** Marketing and Sales Coordinator****Job Category****:** Hickory Springs **Requisition Number****:** MARKE005848 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****Job Summary:** The Operational Marketing/Sales Coordinator is responsible for the functional excellence, and coordination of all marketing activities, and management of Sales and Marketing Efforts for the TSM Division. This role will play an integral part in the growth and development of the organization and its objectives by building a strong brand and supporting all sales activities. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to tight timelines, and consistent follow up to ensure success for both our team members and our customers.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Work directly with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and other Divisional Team Members to develop, organize, and execute marketing strategies based on real-time market information to meet growth objectives, while optimizing profits.* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure company messaging is consistent with strategic intent and messaging in all forms of market communications and effectively leverage company differentiators.* In coordination with the TSM Leadership and Sales organization, develop and execute marketing concepts which position TSM as the preferred Transportation Seating Solutions provider:+ Develop concise and effective print and digital materials to distribute to prospective customers.+ Maintain and create web content to effectively manage our online message & portfolio of products.+ Develop impactful online marketing strategies through email, PPC and social media.+ Coordinate all aspects of Trade Show participation, including booth content creation, key message development, and customer meeting schedules.+ Manage external vendors responsible for creative, print and digital marketing materials (IE: collateral, advertising spend, sales presentations, and other Mar-Comm initiatives)+ Represent the Division at various trade events and exhibitions as designated.* Regularly capture and analyze market conditions and sales statistics to determine opportunities to improve sales growth across the TSM portfolio of business.* Prepare bi-weekly activity and results reports for Management review and collaboration.* Work with product development team, suppliers, and contractors on all new product configurations, production, and launch, to ensure maximum success.* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.* Other support-related duties as assigned.**Education/Experience**:* A Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.* 4+ years of professional work experience that demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional personnel at all levels of the company.* Proficiency with graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.* Must possess technical ability and willingness to learn new programs and processes.* High energy, self-motivated person with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.* Strong initiative and problem-solving skills/high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.* Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
