Renewal by Andersen of Central North Carolina is currently looking for an Install Scheduler! This person will be working as part of a team This person will be working as part of a team to ensure that our windows and doors are installed in a timely manner by our In-House Installers and our Subcontracting Crews.
Job summary: Primarily this job is making outbound calls to customers and scheduling installations. You will also be finalizing sales information into database to prepare and assign installation teams to jobs. Another important job task is creating scheduling calendars for installations.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming installation calls; record customer updates into data base
Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation
Coordinate with other departments to coincide dates according to installation forecasts or customer orders
Confers with department supervisor to determine status of assigned projects.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Records when installation appointments have been filled or canceled
Contacts customer by various forms of communication to remind of appointments: Phone, Text or Email
Electronic file maintenance and data entry
Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or documents information to determine appropriate response
Requirements:
Computer literacy
Familiarity with Maps application
Customer service background
Good phone etiquette

Monday to Friday
8AM to 5PM
Pay Structure:
Starting hourly wage is $15
